How many employees can you cater for?

Anything from a 20-person office pop-up to a 2,000+ person wellness festival. We scale the number of stations, bikes, facilitators and activities to match your headcount and event duration.

What's included when we book an experience?

Everything. Equipment, ingredients, facilitators, setup, branding, music and breakdown. You provide the venue and the team — we bring the energy. Most clients are hands-off from the moment we arrive on-site.

How far in advance should we book?

We're fully mobile and travel nationwide — one coordinator, one invoice, consistent standards from Cape Town to Nelspruit.

Do you charge travel fees for corporate wellness events outside Gauteng?

For Cape Town, Durban and Mpumalanga we quote a transparent travel and logistics fee based on distance, team size and setup complexity. Within greater Johannesburg (Sandton, Midrand, Centurion, Roodepoort, Fourways, Randburg) travel is included in the standard quote.

How quickly can you set up a corporate wellness day at our office?

Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks — this gives us time to confirm equipment, therapists and branding. For urgent bookings in Johannesburg and Pretoria we can often turn a wellness day around in 5–7 working days. WhatsApp us for last-minute availability.

Do we need to provide a venue or can you set up outdoors?

We work in offices, boardrooms, canteens, warehouse floors, parking lots, gardens and event venues — anywhere with a flat surface and basic power (or generator access for remote sites). Smoothie bikes, chair massages and 360° photobooths work both indoors and outdoors.
